By accessing or using CWPanel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including server administrators, developers, and team members.
2. Description of Service
CWPanel is a server and website management platform that provides:
- Server provisioning and management on cloud infrastructure
- WordPress, Joomla, Laravel, and static site deployment
- Automated backup and restoration services
- SSL certificate management
- Real-time server monitoring
- DNS and CDN management via Cloudflare integration
- Git-based deployment automation
- Security scanning and monitoring
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your cloud provider API credentials are valid
- Backing up your data according to your requirements
- Complying with your cloud provider's terms of service
- Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CWPanel to:
- Host illegal content or conduct illegal activities
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attack or attempt to compromise other systems
- Exceed resource limits or abuse shared infrastructure
- Resell services without authorization
5. Server and Site Provisioning
When you provision servers or sites through CWPanel:
- Servers are provisioned on your cloud provider account using your credentials
- You are responsible for cloud provider costs and billing
- CWPanel manages server configuration but does not own the infrastructure
- Server deletion through CWPanel will delete the actual cloud resources
6. Backups and Data
Regarding backups and data:
- Automated backups are stored according to your configured retention policy
- Backup storage costs to third-party providers are your responsibility
- We recommend maintaining off-site backups as additional protection
- Data restoration success depends on backup integrity and server state
7. Limitation of Liability
CWPanel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, security breaches, or cloud provider outages. You acknowledge that server management carries inherent risks and that you should maintain adequate backups and disaster recovery procedures.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of CWPanel at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you retain ownership of your cloud infrastructure and data, but you will lose access to CWPanel management features. You may request data export before termination.
